    Ordering

    Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all the details about products, prices, billing, and delivery addresses. If there is an error in the order confirmation, you should contact us immediately via email. 

    Delivery

    Our normal delivery times are 5-12 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

    Due to high demand with the postal service, delays may occur. We ask for your understanding as this is outside our control.

    If there are delays in delivery (without us having notified you of longer delivery times), please contact us .

    Please note that additional customs and VAT charges may apply, as you, as the customer, are a private importer of the product you are ordering.

    Prices

    All prices in the store are stated in US dollar and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.

    Right of Withdrawal

    When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days, which applies from the time you have received a product you ordered.

    5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

    You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notification should be sent thru our contact page and include your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return pertains to.

    You should return the products to us immediately and no later than the statutory 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for return shipping, and you are responsible for the delivery and condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.

    We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product for used or damaged items.

    5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    • Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken by you.
    • Products that are sealed audio or video recordings, and where the seal has been broken by you.
    • Custom-made products that have been tailored specifically for you or have a distinct personal touch.
    • Services that have been completed and where you have explicitly consented to the service commencing without the right of withdrawal.
    • Goods that can deteriorate quickly, such as food.
    • Single issues of newspapers or magazines.
